Terms of Use

Welcome to Grampets, a social network for pet lovers operated by CamelCase Technologies Limited ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Grampets mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

User Conduct

You agree to use the Services in a manner consistent with their purpose. You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of any third party
• Post harmful, illegal, hateful, violent, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable content
• Harass, bully, threaten, or abuse other users
• Introduce malicious software
• Use automated means to access the Services
• Interfere with the Services operation

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users on Grampets. Objectionable content includes, without limitation, hate speech, harassment, bullying, threats, graphic violence, sexual exploitation or pornography, scams, illegal activity, and content that exploits or endangers minors.

Users may report objectionable content or abusive behavior using the in-app Report tools (available on posts, comments, forum content, marketplace listings, profiles, and chats) or by emailing [email protected].

We review reports and, for valid reports of objectionable content or abusive behavior, we act within 24 hours by removing the offending content and ejecting (suspending or permanently banning) the user who provided it. Repeat or severe violations may result in immediate permanent ban.

By posting content, you grant CamelCase Technologies a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content for operating and promoting the Services.

We may filter, hide, or remove content that violates these Terms, and we may use automated and manual tools to help prevent objectionable material from appearing on the Services.

You may block other users so you no longer see their content or messages. We also apply filtering measures intended to reduce the spread of objectionable text and other prohibited material.

The Grampets Adoption Hub connects users with pets available for adoption. We do not guarantee the accuracy of information provided and are not responsible for adoption transactions.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account without prior notice if we believe you have violated these Terms of Use, including for objectionable content or abusive behavior. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.
